Accountant

• ROLE SUMMARY
• Translate business objectives and operational processes into precise requirements that engineering and product teams can implement, test and validate.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirement walkthroughs.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules and exceptions.
• Prepare functional specifications, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze data and interfaces to identify gaps and downstream impacts.
• Resolve requirement ambiguity and maintain traceability through delivery.
• Support solution reviews, QA clarification, UAT and change assessment.
• Validate delivered functionality against agreed business outcomes.
• REQUIRED SKILLS
• Requirements engineering, process mapping, Agile analysis, functional documentation, SQL/data analysis, stakeholder facilitation and enterprise applications.
• QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a relevant discipline; equivalent practical experience may be considered. Domain expertise and experience working across multiple business functions are preferred. Relevant experience should match the scope and seniority of the position.
